How to add APIS (Advance Passenger Information System) information after booking creation 

Solution

Use the SRDOCS entry to enter information for a passenger or crew member’s primary travel document information (for example passport information).

1. If APIS (Advance Passenger Information System) information has not been provided at all:

• Create appropriate SSR DOCS element
• End Transaction (ER or ET)

2. If some APIS information is missing:

• Remove previous SSR DOCS element
• Create new SSR DOCS element with complete information
• End Transaction (ER or ET)

Note: If APIS data provided by the agent is not complete, the PNR will be queued.
