How to add APIS (Advance Passenger Information System) information after booking creation
Solution
Use the SRDOCS entry to enter information for a passenger or crew member’s primary travel document information (for example passport information).
- If APIS (Advance Passenger Information System) information has not been provided at all:
- Create appropriate SSR DOCS element
- End Transaction (ER or ET)
- If some APIS information is missing:
- Remove previous SSR DOCS element
- Create new SSR DOCS element with complete information
- End Transaction (ER or ET)
Note: If APIS data provided by the agent is not complete, the PNR will be queued.
