1. Complate application Form D S 160 fill up.
2. Submit official transcripts/Markseet.
3. Proof of English language proficiency/-TOEFL 71 -IBT /-IELTS 6.0/-GRE not required.
4. Apply for conditional admission (if applicable)
5.  A Passport that is valid at least 06 month from the expected date of entry U S A
6. Personal essay
7.  provide a bank certificate/sponsor paper.(  First blood sponsor is preferred)Basic papers needed from the sponsor.

A/1-Bank Statement 

A/2-ATIN Certificate,

9.Copy of SEVIS fee pament receipt.(US$200 doller)
